摘要

利用铸造模拟软件MAGMA对机匣盖铸件重力铸造方案的充型及凝固过程进行计算

就铸件出现的流线缺陷

对浇注系统进行分析和优化

提出相应的改进方案。结果表明

由于铸件壁厚较薄

凝固前沿合金成分不均匀

导致其容易出现流线缺陷。在流线产生部位增加保温冒口可消除流线缺陷。

Abstract

By MAGMA software

filling and solidification of the gravity casting engine case cover were simulated.The gating system was analyzed and optimized to improve the flow line defect.The results show that the composition distribution in the alloys at solidification front exhibits heterogeneous due to thin wall of the casting

resulting in the flow line defects.Through setting insulting riser at location where the defect appears

flow line defect can be eliminated effectively.
