介绍了八轴电力机车铝合金齿轮箱箱体的低压铸造工艺。采用树脂砂砂型、覆膜砂砂芯

上、下两个箱体均采用平做平浇的工艺方案

并选取箱体中线为分型面。试生产的齿轮箱箱体

其力学性能、内部品质及外观品质均符合设计要求

满足八轴机车齿轮箱的使用要求。

Abstract

Low pressure casting aluminum alloy gear box housing for eight-axial electro-locomotive was conducted.Resin sand mould was adopted with precoated sand core.The upper and bottom half boxes use horizontal pouring design with box middle line as parting face.The trial-product gear box housing meets the design requirement in mechanical properties

inner quality and surface quality

available for the working requirement of gear box housing for eight-axial electro-locomotive.
