摘要

研究了部分重熔过程中

6061铝合金粉末压制块的组织演变过程及其机理

讨论了重熔温度对半固态组织的影响。结果表明

6061铝合金粉末压制块经部分重熔后

能获得细小、圆整的半固态组织。部分重熔可分为3个阶段:初期晶粒的快速粗化、组织分离与球状化以及最后初生相颗粒的粗化。适当提高温度有利于获得理想的半固态组织。

Abstract

The microstructural evolution and mechanism of 6061bulk alloy prepared by cold pressing of alloy powder were investigated during partial remelting.Meanwhile

effects of heating temperature on semisolid microstructure of the 6061alloy prepared were analyzed.It is found that after partial remelting

semi-solid microstructure with small and nearly spherical particles can be obtained in the alloy prepared.The microstructural evolution can be divided into three stages:the rapid coarsening of grains

structural separation and spheroidization

the final coarsening behavior of primary particles.Furthermore

proper elevated heating temperature is beneficial to generating ideal semi-solid microstructure.
