摘要

通过自行研制的脉冲磁场装置

研究了不同的脉冲磁感应强度、浇注温度及模具预热温度对Al-5Fe合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明

通过控制脉冲磁场参数和合金的凝固条件

可以有效细化Al-5Fe合金的凝固组织

Al3Fe相由粗大的长条状转变为细小的针状;在0～210V范围内

随着脉冲电压的增加

Al3Fe相逐渐细化;在800～890℃范围内

随着浇注温度的提高

磁场作用下Al3Fe相先细化后有所粗化

当浇注温度为860℃时

Al3Fe相的细化效果最好;在200～800℃范围内

经过磁场处理合金的凝固组织随着模具温度的升高逐渐细化。

Abstract

Effects of different magnetic field intensity

pouring temperature and mold pre-heating temperature on solidification microstructure of Al-5Fe alloy were investigated by a self-developed pulsed magnetic field apparatus. The results show that solidification structure of Al-5Fe alloy can be refined effectively by controlling parameters of pulsed magnetic field and solidification conditions. Al3Fe phase is transformed from long coarse strip to fine acicula structurer. With the increase of pulse voltage in the range of 0～210 V

Al3Fe phase is refined gradually. In the range of 800 ℃～890 ℃

with the increase of pouring temperature

Al3Fe phase is refined firstly and then coarsened under magnetic field

and the desirable refinement of Al3Fe can be observed with pouring temperature of 860 ℃. With the increase of the mould temperature in the range of 200 ℃～800 ℃

Al3Fe phase is refined gradually with magnetic field treatment.
