摘要

<正> 前言 ZZnA127Cu2合金是一种新型优质的铸造合金。在研究该合金的有关资料文献中

强调了对铁杂质的控制

禁止在铸铁坩埚内熔化ZZnA127CuZ合金

以避免铁对合金的污染

影响合金机械性能（尤其是塑性）和机加工性能等

将铁的杂质限制在0.1％以下

这较之我国传统的铸造锌合金对Fe含量的控制限（0.2％）要严格的多。但铁杂质含量对ZZnA127Cu2合金究竟起何种作用

尚无系统报道。

Abstract

The effects of iron contents on mechanical properties of ZZnA127Cu2 alloy was investigated in the range of added iron from 0.05% to 0.2% by orthogonal test method.It is shown the effect of its content is unconside-red. So

in general

the limit of iron impurity is relaxed from 0.13% to 0.2%.
