摘要

在理论上提出了影响铸型用半水石膏常、高温性能的主要因素

即水膏比、粒径分布、结晶形态和相纯度

并进行了实验验证。从而确定了相应的制作技术

获得了性能优良的铸型用α半水石膏。

Abstract

Four major factors affecting propeties of a-hemihydrate gypsum used for casting mold at normal or high temperature have been presented theoretically in this paper. They are water-powder ratio

size distribution

crystalline morphology and phase purity. The authors have tested and verified the theory

and determined the related manufacturing technique

thus obtaining fine a-hemihydrate gypsum used for casting mold.
