摘要

在试验室模拟东风6105活塞加工条件

探讨了化学成份

复合变质处理工艺及加入微量合金化元索对过共晶Al—20%Si合金组织、加工性能的影响。从冶金角度提出了改进加工性能的有效途径。

Abstract

Several metallurgical factors

which include modificationn treatment

compositions and small quantity of additional elements such as Pb

Bi

were discussed on the effects of machinability of hypereutectic Al

0%Si alloys. The results indicate that the machinability of alloys can be improved considerably by optimization above factors.
