摘要

本文研究了混合稀土对Al—4％Cu合金中夹杂物总量、组成及形貌的影响。探讨了铝合金中夹杂物的检测方法

对比了稀土及常规精炼剂对铝液的净化效果。结果表明

用稀土处理后的铝液净化效果优于六氯乙烷及无毒精炼剂。当稀土加入量为0.3％时

铝液净化及去除夹杂的效果最佳。

Abstract

The effect of mixed RE on the total amount

compositions

and morphology of inclusions in Al-4%Cu alloy and the inspection method for inclusions have been investigated in this paper. The authors compare the refine effect of RE on Al alloy with that of conventional refinement agent. The test results indicate that the inclusion amount in Al-4%Cu alloy treated by RE is remarkably less than that refined by C2Cl5 or non toxic refinement agent. The best refinement and clearing effects can be obtained if addition of 0.3% RE be applied.
