本文详细研究了小型铝合金铸件用石膏型精密铸造的工艺参数及石膏型配方

给出了高尺寸精度控制的主要因素

该工艺浇注出的铝合金铸件尺寸精度达25mm±0.05mm

表面粗糙度Ra=1.25～5μm。

Abstract

The materials used in plaster investment mold

process and technical parameters of producing Al-alloy casting by plaster mold for investment casting are described in this paper. The main factors affecting the dimensional accuracy of the casting and the dimensroael relation beteen the core and the casting are given. Using this method

would attain the Al-alloy castings with tolerance as close as+0.05mm and surface finish of 1.25
