Abstract
By means of orthogonal expriment method
the chemical compositions of a Al-Pb-Cu antifriction alloy are designed and a new type of aluminum base antifriction alloy has been developed.Testing results show that it is possible to replace the tin bronze as making some bushes and axle sleeves.The alloy costs 4/5 less than the tin-bronze ZQSn6-6-3.
