Abstract

By taking the manufacture of ZCuA19Fe3Pb2 and ZCuA19Fe3Mn2Pb2 as Practical example

this thesis develops points that lead in copper alloy can function as"graphite"in ferroalloy and tin-free bronze can be made with good self-lubrication and castability for centrifugal casting

high strength

hardness

high abradability and low cost by using albronze or high manganese albronze as base metal with just the right amount of lead
