摘要

研究了一种新型高强度耐蚀高锰黄铜ZHJD-2的特殊相变过程

井确定了合理的热处理工艺以保证获得理想的α+χ相结构。通过观察合金元素在基体中的分布和作用

发现热处理后Al和Ni在晶界上富集

而Mn则分布在晶粒内部

晶界贫Mn、一部分Mn与Fe形成复杂的金属间化合物相。呈弥散状分布在基体内。Al和Mn均有稳定β相的作用。

Abstract

In this paper

the special phases transformation of ZHJD-2 alloy

a new high strength and anti-corrossion brass alloy was studied. By certain heat-treatment

the microconstituents of the alloy were alpha phase plus /

phase. The dispersed X phase was the complex and hard compound formed by Mn and Fe. After heat-treatment the contents of Al and Ni were higher in grain boundaries and Mn content was higher in grains. Al and Mn benefit the stabilization of beta phase.
