摘要

本文研究了挤压铸造时不同加压压力对铝合金结晶组织和机械性能的影响。阐明了铝合金挤压铸造合适的加压压力范围。试验证明

采用挤压铸造新工艺可以获得优质的铝合金泵体铸件。

Abstract

In this paper

the effects of pressurizing value on aluminum alloy crystal structure and the mechanical properties in squeeze casting process have been studied. Analysing the experiment results

the pressurizing range suitable to aluminum alloy on squeeze casting process has been explained. It has been proved that to make use of squeeze casting to produce the body of gear pump can get good quality casting of aluminum alloy.
