摘要

在硅酸乙酯水解液中加入乳胶可提高型壳的湿强度、透气性

降低型壳的残余强度及大幅度改善型壳的脱壳性。除用氨干工艺制壳外

还可用热风干燥工艺制壳

可改善劳动条件。在铝合金精铸薄壁复杂整体铸件工艺中

可获得理想的型壳。

Abstract

The emulsion is put into the hydrolytic solution of ethylsilicate

green strength and permeability of the shell can be raised

remanent strength of the shell can be cut down

and shell detachability can be improved enormously. The shell can be made with ammonia drying or hot-air drying. It should be satisfied shell for the complex thin-walled single castings of aluminium alloy by investment casting.
