研究了合金元素对ZDAl母合金机械性能和阻尼性能的影响。研究结果表明
上述所添加的合金元素均能在Zn-Al阻尼合金中对合金的组织进行细化作用
使强韧性得到改善
且合金元素的加入对Zn-Al多元母合金的界面可动性影响不大
而使可动界面的数量增加
因而阻尼性能也得到相应的提高。多元素共加的作用效果较之单元素显著
多元素优化配比共同添加可使强度上升14%左右
延伸率上升30%
其阻尼性能(内耗值)可提高30%以上
对Zn-Al系新型高阻尼功能材料的使用性能有较大的改善作用。
Abstract
The effect of different kinds of alloying elements (0. 01-0. 5Ti

.0wt% Re) on mechanical properties and internal friction (Q-1) of Zn-(18-27) AlMnCuSiMg new type high damping alloy was investigated by single factor varied levels and L8(27) table of orthogonal array. As a result
the high damping capacity of the alloy depends on the mobile phase boundries and the quantities of the grain-boundries. The above alloying elements can refine the micro-structures and increase the quantities of the mobile boundries and the value of the internal friction
in addition to improving mechanical strength and elongation. It has been also
shown that Zr
Ti and B added at same time has some good interaction by analysis of variance and the effect is better than any single element.
