Abstract
According to an amount of experimental data associated with the experimental conditions
the modified threshold value using sodium compounds has been determined in gravity die casting of ZL102. The effect of the pressure on the threshold value has also been investigated in the double-process of modification and squeeze casting. On the basis of them
we derived the experimental formula between the pressure and the properties HB). Thereby
we found an quantitative calculated method that could be used to define the optimum pressuer parameter.
