摘要

本文比较了ZL101、ZL102、ZL107三种铸造Al-Si合金的致密性能

结果表明

未变质状态

ZL102合金致密性最好

ZL107次之

ZL101较差;经P变质处理

三种合金的致密状态有显著提高

而Na变质使致密性降低。如考虑加工性、机械性能等其它因素的影响

P变质的ZL107合金应是一种较好的合金材料。

Abstract

Acomparison has been finished on compactness of three type Al-Si alloys-ZL101 ZL102 ZL107. The results show that ZL102 has best compactness among three alloys in unmodification

and the compactness of alloys can be improved greatly by P treatment.
