摘要

作者通过化学成分和热处理工艺对球铁管金相组织和机械性能的影响的研究

发现只要控制适当的热处理规范

以稀土镁为球化剂

采用金属型离心铸造工艺生产的球铁管使用地方生铁也可以生产出符合国际标准ISO2531技术要求的球铁管。

Abstract

The influence of chemical composition and heat-treatment technology on the mechanical property and metallographic structure of ductile iron pipe was studied authers found that the heat-treatment specification were controlled appropriately

and the nodularizer of Re-Mg was used

the technology of metallic pattern centrifugal casting can be applied to the production of ductile iron pipe .although the local pig iron was used. And ductile iron pipe can reach the technical requirement of the international standard-ISO2531.
