摘要

通过试验各种因素（水泥含量、水份含量、速凝对加入量和发泡剂含量等）对型砂性能的影响

研制一种不需采用特殊设备和特殊工艺而能较好满足实型铸造锌合金工艺特点的流态自硬砂。

Abstract

The effect of cement

addition of speed-hardening agent and foamine agent ou the properties of fluid nobake is studed. The fluid nobake sand is suitable for full-mould casting process.
