摘要

通过对不同冷速凝固后的组织和均匀化处理后的组织分析

探讨了网状组织的形成。认为网状组织是非平衡结晶的三相共晶体。控制铸造冷却速度不能完全消除

均匀化处理则可完全消除这种网状组织。

Abstract

The formation of net structure in the alloy ZA27 has been investigated by means of analyzing microstructure with different cooling rate of solidification and homogenizing treatment. The results show that the net structure is ternary eutectics forming under the condition of un-equilibrium crystallization

and that it would not be eliminated by controlling cooling rate of solidification

but it could do by homogenizing treatment.
