摘要

对压入法熔炼铝锂合金的工艺方法进行了研究

对熔炼过程中锂的损失、合金的精炼、熔剂的制备问题进行了探索。发现锂的损失主要源于锂的氧化

良好的保护措施可以减少锂的损失。在压入法工艺中

精炼可以采用两次精炼的方法

使用高纯氩气对铝锂合金进行精炼效果良好。差热分析的结果表明60％LiCl加40％LiF混合熔剂比50％LiCl加50％LiF熔剂更为优越。

Abstract

The method of smelting Al-Li Alloy by inserting solid lithium into liquid aluminium alloy is studied. The experiment prores that if the liquid metal is fully protected from oxidation

the loss of Li can be reduced greatly. The flux of 40%LiF and 60%LiCl is proved to be better than that of 50%LiF and 50%LiCl by DTA technique. By blowing high pure argon into the liquid Al-Li Alloy

it can be refind and only a little loss of Li is found in the process.
