Properties of ZL108 Alloy with Ti content
摘要
研究了加钛的ZL108(简称ZL108T)合金的组织和机械性能
待别是含钛量和时效温度对高温性能的影响。结果表明:ZL108合金加钛后
α-Al枝晶和共晶组织同时细化、ZL108T和ZL108比较
ZL108T的高温强度和塑性明显提高
其线膨胀系数有所降低
并探讨了ZL108T的最佳合钛量和时效温度。
Abstract
The microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL108 alloy with the content of Ti have been investigated; especially the influences of Ti content and nging temperature on high temperature mechanical properties have been studied. The results indicate that with an addi-tion of Ti
u-AI dendrite and eutcctic structure of ZL 108 alloy are refined
high temperature strength and ductility are increased remark ably
and the thermal expansion coefficient is decreased. The optimum Ti content and aging temperature are also discussed.
