采用成分优化设计方法

开发了高阻尼、高强度镁基阻尼合金ZMJD—1S最优成分为Zr0.6％、Mn0.15％、Zn0.17％、Nd0.06％、余为Mg。典型性能:S、D、C=48％

=165MPa

δ=10.5％

用ZMJD—1S合金制成的仪器、仪表机座和ZL104合金的对比试验结果表明

具有明显的减振防噪效果。

High damping

high strength Mg-matrix damping alloy ZMJD--1S was developed with orthogonal test method. The optimal composition is: Zr0.6%

Mn 0.15%

Zn 0.17%

Nd0.06%

Mg remaining. The typical properties are; S. D. C. =48%

ab= 165MPa

=10.5%. Vibration test indicates that some apparatus pedestals made of theis material has a better damping capacity than that made of ZL104 alloy.
