摘要

研究了具有较高抗弯强度和硬度的高强度可熔模料以及防止模料污染砂芯的涂料。带涂层可熔扭曲叶片模具有更高抗弯强度和硬度

可以适应制芯操作。铸造叶轮过流部位的表面粗糙度和尺寸精度均达到标准要求。

Abstract

A meltable pattern material with higher bending strength and hardness. and a coating material for preventing the sand

core from polluted by the molten pattern have been developed. The coated twisty blade patterns possesses higher bending strength and hardness than the uncoated ones. This would meet the requirements of core making both the surface roughness and the dimensional accuracy on the flow-passage of the cast blade wheel can satisfy the standard requirements.
