摘要

在熟铝矾土水玻璃涂料中加入适量铝矾土生料

可以改善型壳的高温力学性能

降低残留强度和改善脱壳性。生熟铝矾土之比以2/8～3/7为最好。

Abstract

To add some raw banxite in to sodium silicate coating slunny contained processed banxite can improve the mechanical properties of shell mould at high temperature

reduce the remained strengh and improve the collapsibility. It is recommendable that the ratio of raw banxite to processed banxite may be 2/8
