摘要

研究了混合稀土对离心铸造铅青铜组织的影响。结果表明

混合稀土能使合金组织细化

促进铅在整个铸件上均匀分布

从而有效防止铅偏析。另外

还对混合稀土的适宜加入量进行了试验。

Abstract

The effects of mischmetal addition on the microstructure in centrifugal casting lead brinze hare been studied. The results showed that mischmetal addition can refine the microstructure of the alloy and promote uniform distribution of lead thronghout the casting structure

therefore

prevent lead segregation effectively. Furthermore

the suitable dosage of mischmetal addition has also been tested.
