摘要

结晶器是连续铸造铸铁管的关键部件，而结晶器的紫铜外套则是结晶器关键，它的质量优劣，直接关系到整个铸铁管生产能否正常运行。因此，就采用小座炉熔炼紫铜外套如何改进工艺操作、攻克紫铜外套气孔难关作一初探。

Abstract

The bronze coat

key to crystallizer of continuous casting machine

has a direct relation to production of iron casting pipe. This paper investigate improve process of melting bronze coat and removement of blow hole.
