摘要

用ＤＺ４合金在定向凝固炉内熔铸叶片，在熔铸过程中母合金中各元素的烧损量是直接影响叶片性能的大问题。本文在统计了大量熔铸后成分波动数据的基础上，用计算机进行回归处理，从中得出各种元素烧损的规律，并分析了烧损的原因，为ＤＺ４合金的配制提供了理论依据。

Abstract

The DZ4 alloy vane is casted in a directional solidifying furnace

in the process the melting loss amount of mother alloy elements is a great problem influencing vane function

on the basis of a large number data and regression analysis by computer

We have got the regular Pattern of every element melting losses and have studied the reason of these losses.Those provide the theory basis for the compounding DZ4 alloy.
