摘要

通过水力模拟实验，采用快速摄影和录像记录，对薄壁件反重力充型过程进行了实验研究，提供了板类铸件反重力充型的充填流体形态信息，深化了对各类反重力铸造方法的认识，为正确分析铸件凝固组织和铸造缺陷提供了帮助。最后，从流体力学射流理论的角度，讨论了反重力充型过程中充填形态的形成原因和影响因素。

Abstract

Filling Process of thin-walled castings has been studied by hydraulic simulationmethod using fast speed photography and video rocording. Flow morphology and mechanism ofpattern formation was given and discussed for thin-walled casting during anti-gravity mould fillig.
