摘要

比较了熔模石膏型和发泡石膏型的差异，全面论述了发泡石膏型铸造的特点。详细介绍了评定石膏型材料透气度的测试装置及测定方法。提出了评价石膏发泡剂性能优劣的三项指标，通过实验，选择出一种较理想的石膏发泡剂。同时研究了搅拌时间、搅拌速度与起泡增量的关系。制定出的发泡石膏型工艺规则，可获得发泡率达５０％以上，透气度值达６ｃｍ／ｍｉｎ，抗压强度达０．８ＭＰａ的发泡石膏型。

Abstract

The difference between fusible plaster mold and foaming plaster mold is discussedand an allaround suveying of the features of foaming plaster mold is made

and the facilities andmethods for permeability measuring are introduced. It is proposed that there are three criterionsfor evaluating the qualities of foaming agents. An ideal agent has been obtained by experiments.The relations among the agitating time

speed and foaming increament are established. Foamingplaster molds with foaming rate over 50%

with permeability up to 6 cm/min and compressivestrength up to 0. 8 MPa can be obtained according to the proposed technical regulations.
