Abstract

The insulating and strength properties are importent parameters to evaluate perma nent mold coatings.The paper presents two methods,namely,the soaking method for meaeuring thermal conductivity and the drawing method for shearing strength of the coatings,thus provid ing relislle basis for testing and eoaluating coating mixtures.
