摘要

进行了镁橄榄石砂（粉）制造熔模铸造型壳的工艺研究，与石英砂（粉）型壳比较的结果表明，镁橄榄石砂（粉）型壳有较高的常温和高温强度，较低的残留强度、热膨胀率和热变形率，得到的铸件质量也较好。

Abstract

A Shell-making process of investment casting using Mg-olivine sand（and flour）instead of silica sand（and flour）was studied.comparing to the silica sand（and flour）shell

the Mg-olivine sand（and flour）shell has higher room-temp. and high-temp.strength

lower retained strength and lower rates of expansion and deformation. A better casting quality was obtained.
