摘要

通过正交设计，设计出一种自剥水基实型涂料，并对涂料进行了多种性能实验和生产实践，证明该涂料具有好的工艺性能；材料来源广、价格低廉；无毒、无味、对环境无污染，具有推广、应用价值。

Abstract

A water-base strippable full mold coating has been developed with the help of orthogonal design method. Different kinds of experiments and productive practice proved that the technolongical property is fine and the cost is cheapper

the coating doesn’t pollute the environment

so it is valuable for wide uage.
