摘要

研究了Ｍ１７Ｆ合金无余量精铸空心气冷叶片气孔形成规律。发现型芯上的积碳是形成大面积蜂窝状气孔的主要原因；合金元素Ｔａ提高了熔融合金的化学活性，是形成气孔的合金因素；型芯中锆英石的分解产物无定形ＳｉＯ２，是促成气体反应的工艺因素

Abstract

The mechanism of forming the gas hole defect in the M17F superalloy investment casting for turbine blade was studied. The main affecting factors are that: C left on ceramic core after prefiring shell
