结合国产ＨＰ金属型配套涂料在汽车零件上的应用，介绍了涂料的使用方法和相关技术。与传统的单一氧化锌涂料相比，该配套涂料具有高调整凝固顺序、易于开模抽芯、耐用性好等诸多优点，确保了铸件质量，提高了生产效率，延长了模具寿命

Abstract

Comparing with the traditional ZnO coating

HP serial coating to permanent mold have better properties in thermal insulation

lubrication and durability. The apllication of the coatings to automobile Al castings shows that HP serial coating ensure casting quality and enhance productivity and mold service life.
