摘要

硅溶胶、水玻璃复合型壳，表面层应用硅溶胶锆英粉涂料，用来生产不锈钢、高合金钢精铸件，其表面粗糙度约可达Ｒａ３．２，比水玻璃型壳的精铸件表面粗糙度有所降低（约降低ｌ～１．５级）。

Abstract

The colloidal silica-waterglass complex shell

coated with a colloidal silica-bonded zircon dressing

is used for producing stainless and high alloy steel castings. The surface roughness of them （about Ra 3. 2） are 1～1. 5 grade lower than one of waterglass shell.
