对 GB 1173《铸造铝合金》国家标准中抗拉试棒及其浇冒系统进行改进。通过凝固过程的计算机模拟及大量的商业生产验证表明

改进后的抗拉试棒及其浇冒系统合理.可以纳入新的 GB 1173标准体系

在行业上推广应用。

Abstract

Tension test specimen and its filling and feeding system of nationl standard specification for casting AI alloy are redesigned.Solidification of the redesigned tension test specimen was simulated with computer.The specimen has been used in large scale commercial production of casting A1 alloy since 1994.The result show that the redesigned specimen is reasonable

thus could be bring into the new casting A1 alloy standard system

and popularized in the field of casting A1 alloy.
