摘要

研究了型芯设置及型芯温度对消除铲形件蜡模热节区的影响，系统研究了射蜡温度、射蜡压力、射蜡速度及保压时间等工艺因素对蜡模表面粗糙度及收缩率的影响，确定了铲形件蜡模的最佳制备工艺

Abstract

The core technology was used to eliminate hot spot areas of the wax pattern for shovel casting. The effect of technological parameters such as wax\|injecting temperature

velocity and pressure\|holding time on the surface roughness and shrinkage rate of wax pattern was studied systematically. Finally

the optimum making technology of the wax pattern for shovel casting was given.\=
