摘要

数值模拟轧辊复合层连续铸造，采用分段直线拟合曲线和控制容积法。提出连续铸造轧辊复合层界面良好熔合的判据。采用直接优选法，反推重要工艺。获得轧辊复合层连续铸造法生产装置的总体设计方案。模拟得到生产良好复合轧辊、漏钢等不同的生产工艺条件。

Abstract

The method of control volume and straights fitting curve are used for computer simulation continuous casting process for roll cladding.In which the criterion of good roll cladding is given. The optimum seeking method are used for selecting main technique. The general design of continuous casting for roll cladding is got. Using the simulation can get the technique of good roll cladding

bleed-out etc.
