摘要

ＺＬ１０４合金熔炼时，采用由微机控制的现代热分析仪，快速、准确地测定合金的冷却曲线及其特征参数。根据Ｔｒ（共晶生长温度）或△Ｔ＿Ｅ（不变质合金和变质合金共晶生长温度之差）、ｔｅ（共晶生长期）可预测铸件中的共晶硅的变质程度，用以进行铸件生产中的质量控制。试验表明，当面Ｔ＿Ｅ＞１０°Ｃ和ｔｅ＞１１０ｓ时，可获得完全的硅变质。

Abstract

Using modern thermal analysis equipment with microprocessor

the cooling curve and its characteristis parameters are determined rapidly and reliably. According to T. （The euctectic growth temperature ） or TE （The eutectic growth temperature difference between unmodified and modified melt） and t.（Time of the euctectic growth）

The modification d of eutectic St can be predicted to control ling quality of castings. When TE>10°C and te>110s ) Si will be modified fully.
