摘要

研究了新型高铝锌基合金（ＺＡ２７）用于齿轮传动中的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明：锌基合金齿轮的跑合性能良好；在低速、重载荷、润滑良好条件下，这种材质齿轮的摩擦磨损特性良好，磨损量在规定的范围之内。

Abstract

The wear\|resistance of the new high Aluminium Zcin Based Alloy for gear transmission has been studied. The results show that the worn volume of the gear pairs with better running in is small and conform with the test standard. It is proved that the ZA27 alloy is fit for the gear’s work in the heavy load and low speed conditions.\=
