Abstract

The research was concentrated on the air set spraying of the cellulose ester reagent which can be used in the vacuum sealed molding process for the complex castings. In the test

after spraying the reagent

a spraying film instead of the plastic film will cover the pattern. Containing the mouldwash

the reagent will change into black film which can in 1￣2 min be directly used in the pouring of the nonferrous metals or cast iron without brushing the mould coatings.
