Dry sand molding without binder is one of the main characteristics of the expendable pattern casting
and the casting quality is directly connected with the filling and compacting quality. Therefore
the vibration table with excellent filling and compacting properties is the dey equipment for EPC. This paper introduces the structure and characteristics of the self\|designed microcomputer controlling 3D vibration compacting table and the characterisics of MC\|51 microcomputer hardware and controlling software. Through practical use
it is shown that the machine can carry out different filling and compacting processes according to the shapes and structures of different catings and guarantee efficient filling and enough compactibitlity at individual position
