摘要

在对１７０型制冷压缩机缸套离心铸造缺陷统计分析的基础上，对其各类缺陷的成因及规律进行了研究，提出了防止缺陷的工艺对策。生产试验表明，采用改进工艺生产的缸套的铸造废品率由原来的１８．７％～２２．５％降低到２．５～３．７％，显微组织与力学性能得到改善，具有明显经济效益

Abstract

Based on a statistical analysis of the contributing factors and formation law of centrifugal casting defects in the cylinder sleeve of 170 type refrigeration compressor

some technological countermeasures to prevent defects were proposed and investingated. Production tests showed that by means of improved technological measures the casting reject ratio had been cut down from 18.7%￣22.5% to 2.5￣3.7%

the microstructure and mechanical properties of cylinder sleeves were improved

thus a obvious economic benefit had been obtained.
