摘要

介绍了近年来国内外铸造工作者提出的一些新的Ｖ法铸造成型方法，这些方法包括软化薄膜法，纤维素溶液成型，树脂壳层法，橡胶质薄膜成型法，以及复合造型方法等。也介绍了改善Ｖ法铸件机械性能的方法，如表面合金化，涂料中加入孕育剂等。Ｖ法工艺控制不当时，铸件会形成表面粘砂，概述了粘砂产生原因和人们新近提出的防止粘砂的方法。

Abstract

Some new V process forming proposed by foreign and domestic specialists are introduced

including softening film

cellubse solution forming

resin bonded shell

rubbery film forming

compound forming etc. Some techniques to improve the mechanical properties of V process castings

such as surface alloying

inoculant addition to the coating are presented. The penetration will appear unless appropriate measure is adopted. The penetration origination and recently developed measure against the penetration are described.
