摘要

用热蚀法对熔模铸钢件气孔缺陷进行了调查统计，结果表明：造成精铸件加工报废的主要气孔类型是侵入性气孔。并对防止侵入性气孔产生的途径进行了分析。

Abstract

By means of hot etching the gas hole of steel casting in investment casting was investigated. The results indicate that the penetrating gas hole is the main type of gas hole for precious steel casting. The way to prevent the occurance from penetrating gas hole was analyzed.
