分析了提高镍奥氏体铸铁电缆插头铸件致密性的工艺方案。合理设计浇注系统、严格控制浇注温度及模壳的温度至关重要。

Abstract

The technology for tightness improvement of the Ni austenitic cast iron cable head is studied. It’s very important to design the gating system reasonably

to accurately controll the pouring temperature and the ceramic shell temperature.
