摘要

介绍了油泵壳体挤压铸造的模具结构、设计参数及技术经济分析

说明采用挤压铸造代替压力铸造及热模锻生产铝合金油泵壳体

不仅克服了压铸件内部容易形成气孔和氧化夹杂的缺陷

而且减少了热模锻的投资

提高了材料利用率。

Abstract

In this paper

die structure and design parameters

techno-economic analysis of squeeze casting for the aluminium alloy oil pump body were introduced. When the aluminium alloy oil pump body were manufactured with squeeze casting replacing die casting under pressure and hot die forging

not only were the defects as gas holes and non-metal inclusion in the die casting eliminated

but also the investment for hot die forging were decreased and the coefficient of material utilization were increased.
