摘要

采用金相显微镜、Ｘ射线衍射、电子探针和透射式电子显微镜相结合的方法，研究Ｎｉ－Ｍｏ型铸造镍基合金的组织、析出相形态、种类、成分、结构及形成条件，并研究了他们对均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀和电化学腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明，Ｎｉ－Ｍｏ型铸造合金在８００～１１００℃温度范围内均有不同程度的Ｎｉ－Ｍｏ金属间化合物和Ｍ６Ｃ型碳化物析出。合金经１１５０℃～１１８０℃固溶处理后，在５０℃浓盐酸介质中，仍具有良好的耐蚀性能。并具有较好的抗晶间腐蚀与电化学腐蚀行为。

Abstract

By means of optical microscope

the morphology

type

composition and forming condition of precipitates in Ni Mo type cast nickel base alloy are studied

and the influence of the precipitates on the uniform corrosion

intergranular corrosion and electrochemical corrosion properties are also studied. The results show that

in the range of 800￣1 100 ℃

Ni Mo type cast alloy can precipitate more or less Ni Mo intermetallic phases and M 6C. The alloy possesses a good property of uniform corrosion resistance in concentrate hydrochloric acid medium at temperature of 50 ℃ after the alloy has a solution heat treatment in 1 150￣1 180 ℃. And it has better intergranular corrosion resistance and electrochemical corrosion behaviour.
