摘要

在ＺＡ２７合金的基础上，通过合金元素的调整和优化，研制了一种具有优良力学性能和耐磨性能的锌基耐磨合金。本文着重分析了该合金的组织形成和具有高强韧综合性能的原因。

Abstract

A alloy with excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance has been developed by optimizing alloying elements on ZA27 alloy basis. The microstructure and reasons for higher strength and ductility of the alloy have been analyzed in particular.
